Project Scope:  Estimation, specification coordination and completion support for a multi-storeyed development comprising 47 apartments, 12 commercial units, offices, multilevel parking, clubhouse and associated building services.

Project Scope:  Estimation, design coordination and execution support for the padel court, sump, toilets, car park, office, cafeteria, electrical works, CCTV, paving and landscaping.

 Scope: Dismantling of existing structures; structural retrofitting and fabrication for forklift operations, lift enclosure, HVAC loading bay, chiller-unit trusses and structural staircases; external paving; and supporting civil works including labour rooms, offices, packaging rooms, ramps, septic tank, water supply and automation systems.
